Puhalski, Frank A. Entered Peace on February 20, 2010, age 92 years. Loving father of the late James and the late William. Loving brother of Edward (the late Nona) Puchalski and the late Wanda Kuszewski. Loving partner of Dolly Dustan. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Complete Memorial Service Thursday March 4, 2010 7 PM at MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME. Private inurnment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Member of Moose Lodge 49 and Blessed Sacrament Seniors. Frank loved to dance. Memorial Visitation Thursday 5-7 PM.
