Frank D. Mandlman, age 86, of Franklin, WI, passed away on September 22, 2020. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Sunnie; his daughters Jeannie, Leesa and Linda; and Grandpa Sugar Pants to 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren along with many more family and friends. A future memorial service will be held. Frank was a kind and loving person who loved people especially children and he will be deeply missed.
