Haluzak, Frank of Wind Lake, passed away peacefully on Thursday December 26, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family at the age of 84. Beloved husband of 56 wonderful years to Barbara Haluzak. Loving dad of Grace (Steve) Szelagowski, Michael (Debra), and Steven (Susan) Haluzak. Special grandpa of Brian Szelagowski, Roger and Paul Haluzak. Great grandpa of Stephanie Szelagowski.
