Frank R. Malko IV "Frank the Tank"
July 28, 1983-April 17, 2026
West Allis, WI
Frank “The Tank” Malko IV, age 42, passed away on April 17, 2026. Frank was born July 28, 1983, to the late Frank III and Deborah (nee Hebron) Malko, and grew up in New Berlin, WI. Frank attended Eisenhower High School where he met his lifelong friends.
Frank worked in various positions in his lifetime which provided him with a variety of unique skillsets. He was known to be the one to call for help moving! He was always happy to help his friends and family in any way. Frank was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if only for the sole purpose of taking off his shirt, and ended every phone call stating, “let me know if you need something!” Frank was the life of every party. His smile and laugh could light up a room, and he brought the fun anywhere he went, making friends along the way.
Frank had many passions in his life including PBR's and fireworks, oh the fireworks, craft beers at Torzala Brewing Co., his motorcycle, fishing, music, the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. He was an avid cribbage player who taught many the game. He was also an incredible Scrabble player and anyone sitting across the board from him learned this the hard way. He was fiercely loyal to his friends and family but his greatest joy in his life was being a father, whether that was taking his daughter to the Milwaukee Boat and Auto Show, Wisconsin Dells, bowling, or coaching her softball team. Frank had no greater love in his life than his daughter, Janella. She was his reason for living.
Frank is survived by his daughter Janella Jean Burge of West Allis; his mother, Deborah (James Kuhnwald) Malko, brother William (Aleksandra) Hebron all of New Berlin; sister Angela Douglas of Oconomowoc; brother Philip (Linda) Malko of Germantown; sister Elizabeth (Tommy) Fournier of Milwaukee; ; grandmother Ardine Hebron of Raymond; nieces and nephews Alexander, Brianna, Jonathan and Krystina Hebron, Hunter and Amelia Douglas, Maxwell and Alice Malko, and Maverick Fournier, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention by name. Frank was preceded in death by his father, Frank Malko III, grandparents Frank II and Antoinette Malko and Grandfather Richard Hebron.
Frank will be remembered as a man of humor but also deep emotions. His devotion to his family and friends defined his life. He leaves behind a legacy of never doing anything halfway or quietly and living life to the fullest on his own terms.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Raised Grain, 1725 Dolphin Dr. Waukesha, on Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 4-7 pm with a toast to Frank at 6pm. In honor of Frank's love of Wisconsin, please wear Packers, Brewers and/or Badgers. Please ready to PARTY and to share Frank stories.
Donations in Frank’s memory can be made to Sara Garcia for the Janella J. Burge Trust.
