Georgan Therese Werry (née Starks), was welcomed into Heaven on March 10, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Theresa (Kubisiak) Starks. Born on April 22, 1939, in Amherst, Wisconsin, Georgan grew up in a close‑knit family alongside her brother Conrad (and the late Diana) Starks and her sister Noell (and Michael)Trezbitowski.

Georgan is survived by her devoted husband of 68 years, Merle Werry. Their love story began at Allen‑Bradley in Milwaukee, where they met shortly after Georgan moved to the city to pursue a career in the medical field. After a brief courtship, they were united in marriage on June 21, 1958. Together, they built a beautiful life grounded in faith, family, and unwavering love.

Georgan embraced motherhood wholeheartedly, beginning a lifelong journey of raising her family just one year after marrying Merle. She cherished her role as a mother and later as a grandmother and great‑grandmother.

She had many passions, including gardening—especially tending to the treasured flowers passed down from her mother and grandmother. Georgan was also an avid reader and enjoyed many years of fellowship through various book clubs. A gifted baker, she delighted in trying new recipes and always had a homemade dessert ready for Merle. Her famous Christmas coffee cakes were beloved by her family.

Georgan is survived by her children: Jay (and the late Chris Werry), Kay (and Randy Schroth), Toni Baliciunas (and Gary Hause), and Kelly (and Michael Tschudy).

Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Shawn Schroth, Jason Werry, Shannan (Schroth) and Nick Larson, Jeffrey and Gabrielle Werry, the late Anthony Vitrano, Jessica (Bulski) and Jeff Hansen, Derek Baliciunas, Jacob Tschudy, and Jared Tschudy. Her great‑grandchildren: Jayden, Ryan, Rosealee, Brandon and Emilia. And her beloved dog, Bailey.

Georgan’s warmth, creativity, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her. Her memory will remain a lasting blessing in the hearts of her family and friends.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all of the doctors and nurses who provided Georgan with such compassionate care. Their dedication, kindness, and support during her time of need brought comfort to both Georgan and her loved ones. The family deeply appreciates the love and attention shown.

Family and friends are warmly invited to honor Georgan by gathering for visitation at Max A. Sass & Sons–Westwood Chapel, located at W173 S7629 Westwood Dr., Muskego. The visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th, beginning at 11:00 AM and will continue until the start of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Private interment at Highland Memorial Park.

In loving memory of Georgan, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This organization was among Georgan’s favorite charities, and any gifts made in her name would be deeply appreciated.
