George Emory Sutter

George E. Sutter, 80 of Milwaukee, WI died peacefully in his home on November 23rd.

He was born in Paterson, NJ and moved to Milwaukee while serving in the Navy. His professional life was defined by a profound dedication to GE where he worked for over 40 years; a testament to his incredible work ethic.

George was preceded in death by his parents, George and Anna Marie Sutter; his brother, Robert Ruffing and his sister, Catherine Licker.

He is survived by his children, grandchildren, sisters and numerous other family members and friends including his cherished furry felines.

George enjoyed a joke, sharing stories and laughter at the corner pub. He had a keen mind and deep love for mystery novels and crime dramas. He was devoted to rescuing strays and providing a loving home to numerous four legged friends in need.

Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you raise a glass in George’s honor.
