Gerald R. Goratowski

Gerald R. Goratowski, affectionately known as Gerry, passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on December 10, 1948, Gerry proudly served as an E5 Specialist in the Army, serving in the Vietnam War, demonstrating his commitment to his country.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Nora Goratowski, children: Jennifer Goratowski, Eric (Jamie) Goratowski, and Joseph (Ellen) Goratowski. Gerry was a grandfather to Emaly, Kyle, Lucas, and Jayden. He is the brother of Dennis (Kathy), Shirley (Jim), Tom (the late Nancy), the late Tim (Darlene), Jerry (Julie), Jim (Krissy), the late Jack (Nicki) and Mary Jo (Dan).

A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, 10:00 - 11:30 am at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation, Greenridge Chapel, in Greenfield, WI. Following the gathering, a military honors ceremony will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI, at 2:00 pm. 

Gerry's memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.
