Glenn J. Hejdak “Jeff”, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the age of 73. Jeff was a man whose laughter and love knew no bounds and whose presence brought joy to every room. Born on April 19, 1952, Jeff's journey through life was marked by his family, an enduring work ethic, and a personality that was truly larger than life.

For 35 years, Jeff dedicated his professional life as a forklift operator, where he was not only respected for his work ethic but also loved for his camaraderie and wit. His colleagues will remember him as a man who brought levity to the daily grind and could be counted on for support and friendship.

An avid outdoorsman, Jeff found peace and excitement in equal measure through fishing and hunting. In recent years, he discovered a new joy in the lively atmosphere of the casino. Jeff's ability to make each person he encountered feel special, seen, and heard was a gift that will be sorely missed.

Jeff leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Susan, having taken their vows on the first day of 1996 at the Chapel of the Bells. Further survived by his children Lisa, Denny, Dean, Daniel, Jeffrey, Jennifer, and Nicole, as well as 12 grandchildren. Jeff's sister Gail and brother Gerald, along with nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends, who will forever cherish the memories they forged with him. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Gladys, and his brothers, Greg and Gordy, who no doubt welcomed him with open arms.

As we reflect on his life, let us honor his memory by living each day with the same zest and humor. In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held.
