Guzniczak, Harry E. "Jerry" Died peacefully on January 9, 2014 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Vivian (nee Hase) for 62 years. Devoted father of Michael (Eli) and Mark (Patti). Proud grandfather of Lauren and Emily. Fond brother-in-law of Betty Guzniczak, Ilo Zimdars and family and Skip (Barbara) Hase. Son of the late Joseph and the late Martha. Dear brother of the late Henry. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday January 15, 2014 at 10 am at the Basilica of St. Josaphat (S. 6th and W. Lincoln Ave.). Visitation Wednesday from 9-9:45 am at the church. Private interment Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Basilica of St. Josaphat and Wildlife In Need Center (W349 S1480 S. Waterville Road, Oconomowoc 53066).
