Herman C. Van Acker

Van Acker, Herman C. "Bud" Monday, February 3, 2014 at the age of 86. Beloved husband and best friend of Joan (nee Simpson) for 65 years. Father of Jill (Larry) Kumenius, James (Deanna) Van Acker and the late Jack(Lynne) Van Acker. Further survived by his special nephew and niece, Chuck and Mary Costello, 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Bud will also be deeply missed by his three friends, Snickers, Socks and Misty. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home on Sunday, February 9 from 4-7 pm. Additional visitation at Grace Lutheran Church, 3030 W. Oklahoma Ave., on Monday from 10-11 am. Funeral Service at 11 am. Private entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
