Isabel Aponte passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends, on Friday, November 28th 2025 at the age of 89. Isabel was born in Juncos, Puerto Rico on November 5th 1936. Dear mother of Angel Manuel Cruz (Tito), Juan Angel Cruz (Coto) and Wanda Ivette Cruz (Tata). Isabel is survived by many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. "Descansa en Paz, Mami - abuela."
