James A Kleban Age 88, November 8, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Lambert). Loving father of the late Michelle, Cheryl (the late Terry) Frank and the late Michael. Proud grandpa of April Frank, Jessica (Chris) Logan, Tanya Frank and Terry Frank. Great grandpa of Savannah, Danielle, James, Sara, Julie, Evan, Emily and Lilly. Dearest brother of Mavis Stark, Tom Kleban and Betty Rogowski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation on Friday, November 19, 2021, in the HISTORIC FOREST HOME CEMETERY CHAPEL, 2405 W. Forest Home Avenue from 11am until the Funeral Service at 12:30pm.
