James J. White, Jr.

White, James J. Jr. W9GLH Went to be with the Lord on October 19, 2011 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Sharon (nee Jones) for 36 years. Loving father of Lisa Schwartz and Thomas White. Fond brother-in-law of Judith (David) Feare. Uncle of Kellie and great-uncle of Hayley. Also survived by his kitties Shadow and Rascal. Preceded in death by his parents James J. Sr. and Jane (nee Couch) White, his in-laws Harvey and Alice (nee Naidul) Jones, a sister Jean (Ray) Ratajczak and a brother John White. Jim was a retired MPS history teacher, teaching at Audubon Middle School and Madison High School, a member of TOPS, a longtime member of the West Allis Radio Amateur Club and was an avid stamp collector. Special thanks to SouthPointe Healthcare for taking care of Jim. Memorials may be made to WARAC or St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Visitation on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 10 am to 11 am at ST. PETER'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 7929 W. Lincoln Avenue, West Allis with the Requiem Mass at 11 am followed by entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
