James ''Jim'' J. Serwa

Serwa, James J. ''Jim'' Born June 1, 1944 to the late Joseph and the late Julianna Serwa and Entered Peace on June 30, 2006, age 62 years. Loving husband of Jean (Nee Hoernke). Loving dad of Jonathan (Fiancée Adriana Monti) and Jessica (Matthew) Geisler. Brother-in-law of Harvey (Clarice), Richard (the late Jeannie), Donald (Virginia) and Gerald (Diane) Hoernke. Further survived by the extended Hoernke family, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. Funeral Service Thursday July 6, 2006 11 AM at ASCENSION LUTHERAN CHURCH (1236 S. Layton Blvd.). PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Retiree of SBC and enjoyed working at Skyway after retirement. Volunteered at Ronald McDonald house and graduated St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI. Jim was an avid photographer and enjoyed the week ends at his cottage. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Funeral Home and thereafter on Thursday 10-10:45 AM at the Church.
