Sampson, Jeffery A. "Jeff" Re-united with his parents Beverly and Frederick on Monday, April 27, 2015 at the age of 58. Loving brother of Bruce (Susan) and Lee (Kathy). Cherished uncle of Michael (Morgan), Melissa (Travis), Megan, Lindsey (Bill), Amy (Matt) and Kyle. Also loved by other family and friends. Special thanks to his family and staff at Kendrick House for the loving care they provided. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Special Olympics appreciated.
