Prokop, Jennifer M. Tragically taken from us in a hit and run accident in Polk County, FL on July 2, 2008 at the age of 34. Mother of Dale, Hope and ''Little Man''. Dear daughter of Dale and Alana Prokop. Sister of Steven(Dawn), Scott and Jackie(Mike)Berens. Aunt of Olivia, Derek and Alana. Further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Friday, July 11 from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM. Funeral Service at 1:30 PM. Entombment at Arlington Park Cemetery.
