Jennifer Summer (Jacob) Craine found heavenly peace on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at the age of 47 after a long battle with Lyme Disease. Jennifer is survived by her husband, Scott Craine; daughter Alyssa Jacob; son Samuel Yeek; and grandchildren Jayden, Nirvana, and Nyjah.
Jennifer graduated with honors from Alverno College Nursing School in 2012 and was an accomplished Triathlete.
Visitation at the MAX A SASS & SONS OKLAHOMA CHAPEL (1515 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215) on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, from 10 AM until the time of service at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Jennifer’s name to a charity of your choice.
