Smith, Jeremiah T. “J.T.” Found peace on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the age of 35. Beloved son of Vera (Henry) Weber and the late Anthony Smith. Further survived by other family and many friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Angela & Bob, Ryan & Kayla and all the staff at Froedtert Hospital and TICU Dept. All of your kindness, generosity and support will always be cherished. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Thursday, February 18 from 1 – 4 PM. We love you J.T. Rest in peace.
