Antczak, Jerome M. Born to eternal life May 18, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Preceded in death by his first wife Bea, and his second wife Gloria. Beloved brother of the late Richard (Alice) Antczak, Pat (the late Richard) Johnson, Paul (Linda) Antczak, and Michael (Sally) Antczak. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at a later date at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
