Dufek, Jill (NEE Januchowski) Born to eternal life on December 22, 2005 age 38. Wife of Steve,loving mom of C.J. and Taryn Kalivoda, Gena and Ricardo Dufek. Beloved daughter of Charles and Collen Larmay. Precedeed in death by her dear brother Scott Januchowski and father David Januchowski. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at 11:00 am at Max A. Sass & Sons 1515 W. Oklahoma. Entombment Saint Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 10 to 11am at the funeral home.
