Lewandowski (Myers), Joseph Michael Passed unexpectedly on April 13, 2015 at the age of 40. Loving husband of Laura (nee Hoffmann). Proud dad of Cameron, Bradley and Jack. Dear son of Michael and Linda Lewandowski (nee Gorsegner). Cherished brother of Judith, Nicholas (Jessica), Rachel and Anna. Son-in-law of Daniel and Virginia Hoffmann. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday 4-7 pm with a service at 7 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to benefit the children appreciated.
