Joyce I. Frankowski (nee Koechel) Joined her beloved husband Ted on January 25, 2020 at the age of Age 91. Dear Mother of Judith (James) Ford and the late Victoria (Michael) Konicke. Grandmother of Alexander Konicke. Further survived by sisters Rhoda (the late Mike) Bruch and Patricia (James) Lawrie, other relatives and friends. Memorial gathering at Max Sass Funeral Home, Greenridge Chapel, on Friday, February 14, 10 - 11:30 am Memorial service at 11:30 AM. Private interment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
