Czaplewski, Judy A. Age 75. December 6, 2014. Beloved wife of 50 years to Dennis. Cherished mother of Wendy (Dr. Kenneth) Simons, Jill (Roger) Houston and Jodie Brotherton. Loving Grandmother of Daniel, Jared, Holly, Sheraden, Austin, Cory and Sara. Fond Great Grandmother of Nuala, Aine, Ethan, Charlotte and Jaden. Sister of Gary (Shirley) Weber and the late Jack Weber. Sister in law of Jean Weber. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home, 1515 W. Oklahoma Ave., Friday 4 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM. Private entombment at Forest Home Cemetery.
