Boehm, Kari Lynn Passed away peacefully on September 17, 2018 at the age of 54. Beloved mother of David (Matt) and Greg. Loving daughter of Patricia and the late Richard Levandowski. Dear sister of David (Linda), Daniel and Daryl. Soulmate of Mike Schomisch. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Kari was a longtime CNA at Tudor Oaks in Muskego. Memorial Gathering on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS WESTWOOD CHAPEL – MUSKEGO from 10am until the Memorial Service at 12Noon.
