In Loving Memory of Kristy Syed
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Kristy Syed, who was taken from this earth far too soon on July 5, 2026, at the age of 42.
Kristy was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend whose heart was as big as her smile. She loved to make people laugh, loved listening to music, adored animals, and treasured every moment she spent with her family. She had a playful spirit, a caring heart, and a way of bringing comfort and joy to those around her. The memories she created with her loved ones will be cherished forever. She shared a special bond with each of her family members, a connection that will forever remain in their hearts.
Though more than anything, we wish Kristy were still here with us, we find comfort in knowing she has been reunited with the loved ones she missed so much—her mother, Lillian “Peachy,” and her oldest sister, Sandi. We can only imagine the long-awaited reunion as they welcomed her home with open arms.
Kristy’s greatest love was her son, Angel. He was her pride, her joy, and the center of her world. She also leaves behind her loving father, Kevin; her sisters, Lynnette and Nikki; and her brother, Kevin.
She will be forever loved and remembered by her nieces Natalya, Nadya, Cece, Sofia, Marcellina, and Aliyanna, and her nephew Neyo. Kristy also leaves behind her two lifelong best friends, Jamie and Jessica, along with many other family members, friends, and loved ones whose lives were forever touched by her.
Kristy’s passing has left an emptiness that can never be filled. Although her time on earth ended much sooner than anyone could have imagined, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain with us forever. Her laughter will echo in our hearts, her kindness will continue to inspire us, and her spirit will live on through everyone whose life she touched.
As we gather to celebrate Kristy’s life, we ask that you remember her not only with tears but also with smiles, laughter, and stories of the joy she brought into the world. In honor of Kristy, the family has chosen yellow and pink to represent the warmth, love, and light she shared with everyone around her.
Though we must say goodbye for now, we know this is not the end. Love never dies, and neither will the memories we hold so close to our hearts.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Kristy’s life on Monday, July 20, 2026. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home, 1515 W. Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53215. Following the service, all are welcome to join the family for a Celebration of Life beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Congregation of Great Spirit, 1000 W. Lapham Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53204.
The family would like to thank everyone for the love, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.
