Lorena Lamas-Perez

Lorena Lamas-Perez, 52, died on Saturday, February 7, 2026. She was born on September 12, 1973, to the late Esteban Lamas-Covarrubias and Belen Perez-Rendon in Mexico. Lorena took joy in nurturing the perfect flower garden at her home where she raised her family. She was a warrior who fought cancer with faith, love and the power of prayer. Her journey was met with love for her family as the perfect wife to Hector, a loving mother to her children Hector, Jonathan, Alexander. She is further survived by her doting siblings Flor (Martin), Marisol (Luis), Zoila and Hugo, her nieces and nephews that she loved as her own Adrian, Edgardo, Fabiola, Lizbeth, Mireya, Luis, Nayelli, Esteban, Reyna, Dominick and Angelo, mother-in-law Obdulia, brothers-in-law Hermino and Pepe, sisters-in-law Luz Elena and Araceli, her dear friends Carmen, Maria, Gris (Camilo), Olga (Sebastian), Camerina and Shellie, as well as her spiritual mentor Fr. Fernando and many other friends and family that loved Lorena along her journey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL (4747 S 60th St., Greenfield) from 4:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at ST. ADALBERT CHURCH (1923 W Becher St., Milwaukee) from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM with a time of service at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Milwaukee.
