Lorena Lamas-Perez

Lorena Lamas-Perez, 52, died on Saturday, February 7, 2026. She was born on September 12, 1973, to the late Esteban Lamas-Covarrubias and Belen Perez-Rendon in Mexico. Lorena took joy in nurturing the perfect flower garden at her home where she raised her family. She was a warrior who fought cancer with faith, love and the power of prayer. Her journey was met with love for her family as the perfect wife to Hector, a loving mother to her children Hector, Jonathan, Alexander. She is further survived by her doting siblings Flor (Martin), Marisol (Luis), Zoila and Hugo, her nieces and nephews that she loved as her own Adrian, Edgardo, Fabiola, Lizbeth, Mireya, Luis, Nayelli, Esteban, Reyna, Dominick and Angelo, mother-in-law Obdulia, brothers-in-law Hermino and Pepe, sisters-in-law Luz Elena and Araceli, her dear friends Carmen, Maria, Gris (Camilo), Olga (Sebastian), Camerina and Shellie, as well as her spiritual mentor Fr. Fernando and many other friends and family that loved Lorena along her journey. Lorena was preceded in death by her bother Alfego.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL (4747 S 60th St., Greenfield) from 4:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at ST. ADALBERT CHURCH (1923 W Becher St., Milwaukee) from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM with a time of service at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Milwaukee.

Lorena Lamas-Pérez, de 52 años, falleció el sábado 7 de febrero de 2026. Nació el 12 de septiembre de 1973, del difunto Esteban Lamas-Covarrubias y Belén Pérez-Rendon en México. Lorena se alegró de nutrir el jardín de flores perfecto en su casa donde crió a su familia. Ella era una guerrera que luchó contra el cáncer con fe, amor y el poder de la oración. Su viaje fue conocido con amor por su familia como la esposa perfecta para Héctor, una madre amorosa para sus hijos Héctor, Jonathan, Alexander. Además, le sobreviven sus cariñosos hermanos Flor (Martin), Marisol (Luis), Zoila y Hugo, sus sobrinas y sobrinos a los que amaba como su propio Adrian, Edgardo, Fabiola, Lizbeth, Mireya, Luis, Nayelli, Esteban, Reyna, Dominick y Angelo, suegra Obdulia, cuñados Hermino y Pepe, cuñadas Luz Elena y Araceli, sus queridas amigas Carmen, María, Gris (Camilo), Olga (Sebastian), Camerina y Shellie, así como su mentora espiritual Fr. Fernando y muchos otros amigos y familiares que amaron a Lorena a lo largo de su viaje. Lorena fue precedida en la muerte por su molesto Alfego.

La visita se llevará a cabo el viernes 13 de febrero de 2026, en el MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL (4747 S 60th St., Greenfield) a partir de las 4:00 PM con un rosario a las 7:00 PM. La visita continuará el sábado 14 de febrero de 2026, en ST. ADALBERT CHURCH (1923 W Becher St., Milwaukee) de 9:00 a. m. a 9:45 a. m. con un horario de servicio a las 10:00 a. m. El entierro tendrá lugar en el cementerio Mt. Olivet, Milwaukee.
