Lucille Downing Joined her beloved husband Philip C. Downing on October 11, 2021. Loving mom of Carol (Gary) Stencel and Diane Downing (Craig Koch). Proud grandma of Scott (Heather), Jeffrey (Jessica), Robert and Christopher (Jacki). Great grandma of Faith, Wyatt, Ella, Owen, Dylan, Olivia, Mason and Nolan. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Private services were held with burial at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
