Siwakowski, Lucille J. (nee Chapas) Passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the age of 95. Dear mother of Judy, Thomas (Deena) and Robert (fiancee Lori). Grandmother of Travis. Preceded in death by her husband John and sisters Irene Nielsen and Theresa Collins. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Lucille was a retiree of Wisconsin Telephone Company.
