Kruse, Lynn (Formankiewicz) Age 45, died peacefully on November 30, 2011 after a lifelong battle with diabetes. Beloved wife of Dan. Loving daughter of Frank and Maryann (Kordus) Formankiewicz. Best sister of Dory (Phil) Wentzel. Proud aunt of Courtney Wentzel. Further survived by other relatives, many friends and the Kruse Zoo. Memorial Visitation Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 5 pm to 6 pm at the MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME with a Memorial Service at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
