Marie Spoerri

Marie Spoerri (nee Speros) Born to Eternal Life on January 28, 2021 at the age of 96. Marie was the daughter of immigrants and proud of her Greek heritage. She served her country in Women’s Air Corps during World War II and graduated from the College of St. Theresa in Winona, MN. She was a retiree of the Milwaukee Journal. Marie remained close to her family throughout her life. Loving mom of Teddy, Sissy (Russ) Miller, Paula Spoerri (Jim Mauch) and Art. Proud grandma and great grandma. Further survived other relatives and friends. Visitation Saturday February 6, 2021 from 11-11:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 pm at St. Florian Catholic Church (1233 S. 45th St., West Milwaukee). Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
