Max L. Curda
March 24, 1924 — January 25, 2013
Curda, Max L. Age 88 years, joined his loving wife LaVerne (nee Janowski) on January 25, 2013. Loving father of Karen (David) Zeier and Karl (Lani) Curda. Proud grandpa of Aric and Megan Zeier and Mark, Thomas and the late Adam Curda. Uncle of Clara Marie Oakes. Preceded in death by his sister Mary DeCoss. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Max retired from Perfex Corp. and proudly served in the US Marine Corps during WWII. He enjoyed deer hunting, gardening, watching sports on TV and was a 50 year member of the Catholic Knights. Special thanks to Myrla Balingit for her compassionate care and to Vitas Ruth Hospice House. Visitation on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL from 10 am until time of service at 11am. Entombment and military honors at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
