Died peacefully on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the age of 48. Loving soul-mate of Bridgette Sitarz. Beloved father of Merly (Kim), Vanessa (Chris), Brannden, Nick (Celeste) and Madison. Dear brother of Ray (Theresa), Dave (Deb), Betsy (Bob) and Justin (Miki). Further survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Jared proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 28 at 11 AM at Arlington Park Cemetery Chapel, 4001 S. 27th St.
