Captain of the Undercrown was Born to Eternal Life on September 22, 2017 at the age of 44. Loving and devoted father of Zach, Jordan and Autumn. Beloved son of J. Michael (Sherry) and Joan (Mike). Loving brother of Kelly (Adam), Michelle, Ann and Sarah (Nick). The Greatest Uncle of Jonathan, Brittany, Justin, Kyle, Ethan, Connor and Sophia. Further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins ,other relatives, many friends and his 4-legged companion Abbie. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel on Saturday, September 30 starting at 10AM until time of Service at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to your local national suicide prevention center.
