Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Kaas) for 25 years. Loving father of Michelle Kontowski. Dearest brother of Susan Kontowski. Son-in-law of Raymond and Evelyn Kaas. Further survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, his cats ''Little Boo'' and ''Zorro'' and friends. Mike was an employee of Clement Manor and enjoyed restoring his 1974 Maverick.
