Michael “Mike” Peters passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026, at the age of 78, with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife, Dorie, with whom he shared 54 years of marriage. Mike also leaves behind his children: Leah (Dan), Andrea, Christa, and Daniel. His grandchildren: Owen, Grace, Sophie, Kristie, Tabatha, Alyssa (Justin), and Logan; and his great-grandchildren, Jace and Gemma. Mike is further survived by additional family members and many dear friends.

Visitation will take place at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel, located at 4747 S. 60th St., Greenfield, on Monday, March 9th. Family and friends are invited to gather beginning at 3:00 PM, with the service to follow at 6:00 PM. The burial will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery on Tuesday, March 10th, at 10:00 AM. Please meet directly at the cemetery.
