Miles Otto Berger

Berger, Miles O. Was received into the Arms of Our Lord on Monday, March 24, 2014 at the age of 90. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Agatha (Nee Perschbacher), his brothers Edward and Milo and his sisters Elaine and Betty as well as his granddaughter Amanda Schalk. Dear husband of Dolores (Nee Czysh) for over 65 years. Loving and devoted father of Linda (Duane) Miszewski and Lisa (Ray) Schalk. Loving grandfather of Cindy (Lee) Vasiliadis, Dan (Jill) Sheridan, Jason Sheridan (special friend Ami Cindric), Jacob Schalk, Emma Schalk, Christie (Brian) Van Handel, Cari (Drew) Smith and Craig Miszewski. Loving great-grandfather of Brianna and Lia Vasiliadis, Zach and Charlie Sheridan, Kaleigh and Sean Van Handel, Rylie, Jocelyn, Olivia and Amelia Smith. Further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Miles worked for Cutler-Hammer/Eaton for 37 years. The family sends special thanks to Dr. James Magliocco for his many years of care and friendship. For those wishing, memorials are appreciated to the American Heart Association. Visitation will be in the Funeral Home on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 4 to 7 PM. A funeral service will be held at 7 PM. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
