Cherished son of Heide Cesar. Dear brother of Michelle Cesar and Shanna Long. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial gathering on Tuesday, July 24, from 2:00PM until 4:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Memorial service at 4:00PM.
