Dziuba, Nancy Lee. (Nee Smars) Former last name Kopecky. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, Age 74. Beloved wife of the late Victor Dziuba. Dear mother of Joseph (Debby), Jessica, Jeff (Kelly) and the late Carla Forchette. Grandmother of Joseph (Tammi), Miranda, Justin, Anthony, Jake, Josef, Felicia, Cecelia and the late Andy. Further survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Memorial visitation at St Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 1842 W. Windlake Ave. Friday January 22, 5-6:30pm. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 6:30pm. Nancy had a very loving and caring heart, And will be missed by all Max A.
