Patricia Chandek

Passed to Eternal Life, Saturday, December 24, 2022. Age 94 years. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert, and her sisters, Gloria (Wallace) Barrett and Margaret (Edward) Pociopa. Loving mother of Lisa Chandek and William Chandek. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Mission Hills Chapel, on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Highland Memorial Park at 12:30 PM.

Pat grew up in central Wisconsin, and enjoyed helping her parents on the family farm, until she moved to Milwaukee to study nursing. She became a registered nurse and worked in all aspects of healthcare, including neonatal, ICU, surgery, and geriatrics. Pat loved to travel. She took many trips with her husband and daughter to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and virtually every state in the USA. As a member of the USPEH Chorus, she had the opportunity to perform in Slovenia on three separate occasions. Among her proudest achievements was watching her daughter earn advanced degrees in Law and business administration, and her son earn an advanced degree in Law.

She was engaging, stylish, refined, and adventurous; an avid reader, and a gourmet cook. Her grace, adventurous nature, exquisite taste, and gourmet holiday dinners will be greatly missed.
