Patricia Ann Lenz "Patti" (Nee Grahek). Passed away peacefully on October 11, 2020 at the age 62. Beloved wife of Mark Lenz for 29 years. Loving sister of Cheryl (Terry) Heptinstall, Roxane Grahek (Michael Topel), Sylvia (Bruce) Jahn, James (the late Teresa) Grahek, and Dawn Beyer (Shane Thekan). Godmother and aunt to Nicholas. Loving aunt to Jenny, Curtis, Joshua, Amanda, and Emily. Loved step-mother of Amber. Further survived by other loved relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Thursday, October 15 starting at 4PM until time of service at 7PM.
