Kozerski, Patricia D. Age 89. December 30, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Kozerski. Loving mother of Ken (friend Lisa Farnum) Kozerski, John Kozerski. Dear grandmother of Matt, Tim, Amy, Leslie and Jennifer. Great grandma of Orion and Thaddeus. Sister of Carol (Paul) Jablonowski. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at ST. ALPHONSUS CHURCH (6060 W. Loomis Rd., Greendale, WI) on Saturday January 9, 2016 from 9:30 - 10:45 AM with the funeral mass to begin at 11 AM. Entombment Mt.
