Patricia S. Fitzsimmons
(nee Barnier) Entered God's loving arms on Monday, October 13, 2025 at the age of 85. Dear mother of Donna (Rick) Treutelaar. Precious grandma of Nicole (Brian) Kaemmerer and Tom Romanowicz. Special great-grandma of Nicholas Kaemmerer. Loving sister of Mary (John) Long and Diane Long. Further survived by nieces, other relatives and friends.
Special thanks to the staff in the Memory Care Unit at Francis House, South Milwaukee.
Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Tuesday, October 21 from 10 AM - 12:30 PM. Funeral Service at 12:30 PM. Burial at Forest Home Cemetery.
