Seizyk, Patricia M. (Nee Klajnowski). Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late John E. Seizyk. Loving mother of Kim (Brian) Trudell and Susan (Randal) Strelow. Proud grandmother of Sierra Rose, Paul, Jasmine and Ginger. Dear sister-in-law of Janet. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial Gathering to be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Thursday, Sept 22 starting at 10AM until time of Service at 11AM.
