Obituary

Listen to Obituary

Paul David Fair was born on August 24, 1963, in Superior, WI and passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2026, at the age of 62 in Black River Falls, WI. He was the beloved son of Susan Redzinski and the late David Fair, and loving brother of Patrick (Wende) Fair, Anne Marie (Tamela Greene) Arroyo, and the late Michael Redzinski, Jr. He is further survived by a niece, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends who will remember him fondly.

Paul loved music—whether it was tinkering on his guitar, going to concerts or taking the lead as the DJ when entertaining friends, music always brought joy to his world. Paul was also a handyman who could fix anything and was always up for the challenge when it came to “saving” an old stove, refrigerator, washer, or dryer from a landfill. There were no new appliances for mom and friends when Paul could find a perfectly “good” one that was salvageable!

Quick-witted and a great storyteller, Paul loved to make people laugh and feel happy. His deep, booming laugh was its own type of music to his family and loved ones. It brought both joy and comfort to those around him.

Professionally, Paul drove truck locally and nationally in his younger years and then turned to manufacturing where he was a heavy machine operator for the last fifteen years. His natural ability to problem-solve also made him an excellent trainer/instructor as well, where he was glad to pass along his knowledge to fellow employees.

Paul was kind, warm-hearted, and open-minded. He welcomed anyone and everyone into his circle of friends. Paul was an exceptional person. He will be missed dearly and forever remembered by all those whose lives he touched.

Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons - Oklahoma Chapel, 1515 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee, on Sunday, August 30, from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place on Monday, August 31, at 12:00 PM at Forest Home Cemetery. Please meet the family directly at the cemetery.
