Penelope Pawelski "Penny" Oak Creek - (nee Gilbert) Found peace on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the age of 69. Loving mother of Dennis (Melanie). Proud Yia Yia of Sophia Grace. Further survived by 2 sisters, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Norman and Sophia Gilbert. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons South Shore Chapel on Tuesday, December 21 from 5 - 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Disabled American Veterans in her memory.
