Peter Daniel Ochs, known as “Danny” to his family and “Pete” to his friends, passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 47. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Danny lived a bold and unforgettable life. He was loud, quick-witted, and always the one cracking jokes or pulling a goofy face just to make someone laugh.

He was a proud father to Donovan, a beloved son to Kim and Kenny, Pete and Connie, and Kim and a big brother to Andrew (Jamie), Matt (Terrah), and Becky. 

Danny had a way of lighting up a room with his humor and energy — the kind of person who made sure no one ever felt alone in a crowd.

Though his life had its share of struggles, Danny will be remembered for the joy he brought to others, the laughter he shared so freely, and the deep love he carried for those closest to him. As many who knew him can attest, the ones who make us laugh the loudest often carry the heaviest weight — and he carried it with courage.

Danny is survived by countless family members, extended family, and friends who will miss him deeply.

A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, August 5th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a service to follow at Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel, 8910 W. Drexel Ave. Franklin WI. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to share a memory or story — something that reminds you of his humor, his heart, and the way he made you feel.
