Born to Eternal Life November 8, 2022 at the age of 59. Loving father of Phillip Stevens Jr. (Theresa), Cory Stevens and Mandi (Randy) Molkentine. Dear grandpa of Aaliyah, Dylan and Cami. Former wife and loving mother of his children, Denise Stevens. Brother of Dennis, John, and Judy. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday November 18, 2022 from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
