Rachel Clark, an indomitable spirit, passed away peacefully at her home on March 17, 2026, at the age of 58. She was born on September 27, 1967, in Burlington Wisconsin, where she remained close to her roots, family, and community throughout her life.

Though small in stature, Rachel had the heart of a lion. She faced many health challenges with strength and resilience, always choosing to focus on life, love, and the people who meant the most to her. Her life was a testament to kindness, dedication, and an unwavering spirit.

Rachel loved deeply and fought fiercely to build a good life for her daughters, Rebecca Clark and Andrea Wolski. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Cayden, Odessa, Marianna, Xander, Milana, Dallas, and Emmitt, each of whom she cherished beyond measure. She was born to Kay Pockat and Rodger Droster, and in recent years lovingly cared for mother, Kay. Rachel was a cherished sister to Jeffery Droster (Michelle Francois), Timothy Droster, Rebecca Droster, Bradley Pockat (Karen Pockat), Elizabeth Thake (Dan Thake), Jennifer Kvistad (Dan Kvistad), and Nataliia Faustova.

She also shared a special bond with her late step father, Philip Pockat.

Rachel was a proud aunt, a loyal friend, and a strong, loving, and full-hearted partner to Don Paulson for 16 years.

Her warmth extended beyond people - she had a special place in her heart for animals and gave many of them loving homes.

Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her strength, love, and determination to live life fully will never be forgotten.

A celebration of Rachel’s life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 2:00 pm until the time of a short memorial service at 4:00 pm at Max A Sass Mission Hills Chapel, 8910 West Drexel Ave., Franklin, WI 53132.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society, https://www.wihumane.org/donate or MADACC, https://madacc.org/donate/, appreciated.
