Obituary

Listen to Obituary

Raul Lebron, a devoted family man and cherished friend, passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2026, at the age of 49 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Born on December 28, 1976, Raul lived a life marked by warmth, humor, and a genuine love for those around him.

Raul was a graduate of Rufus King High School, class of 1995, where his journey into adulthood began. A true enthusiast of sports, he was an avid supporter of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Chicago Bears, passions that brought joy and excitement into his life. On Monday and Friday nights he enjoyed watching wrestling as a family. His interests extended beyond the sports arena; he found great pleasure in working on cars and exploring the world of IT technology, pursuits that reflected his keen mind and hands-on nature.

Known for his witty and funny sense of humor, Raul had a unique ability to bring lightness and laughter to any situation. His engaging personality made him a beloved figure among family and friends, and his legacy as a loving family man stands as one of his proudest accomplishments.

Raul is lovingly survived by his wife, Dawn Lebron, who stood by him with unwavering partnership and affection. He was the beloved father of Alicia Lebron and devoted stepfather to Lynn and Amanda Sobotta. A proud grandfather, Raul’s heart was full with the joy he found in his grandchildren: Johnathan, Isabella, Elijah, and Fayth.

He was the cherished son of Fidelina and Angel Lebron, whose lives were deeply enriched by his presence. Raul was also the dear brother of Jessica (Jim) Morrissey and AJ Wolfe, and a doting uncle to Holden and Sebastian Morrissey. His circle of family extended further to many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wide network of friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Raul was preceded in death by his beloved son, Daniel Lebron, and by his in-laws, Alice and Kenneth Hoover, and his grandfather, Aquilino Lopez.

A memorial gathering will be held on June 15, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a memorial service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Oklahoma Chapel, located at 1515 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53215. This time will offer family, friends, and community an opportunity to celebrate Raul’s life, reflect upon his rich legacy, and find solace in shared remembrance. Flowers are welcome, or donations can be made to the family.

Raul Lebron’s life was a testament to love, humor, and dedication. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
