Richard J. Mueller

Richard J. Mueller, 76, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025. He was born on January 30, 1949, to the late Richard W. and Irene (Writz) Mueller in Milwaukee. Richard took joy in his employment as an Office Assistant at Barry Trucking Company. He also enjoyed listening to music, bowling, church festivals, playing cards & watching sports. As the years passed, life became a struggle with obstacles only close family knew of. In lieu of these setbacks he still continued to want to help others with his many charity donations and sponsorships.

Richard is survived by his brother Steven (Mary) as well as his caregivers who provided much comfort and friendship. He was preceded in death by his sister Nancy.

A visitation will be held at MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL (4747 S. 60th St., Greenfield) on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the memorial service at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place in Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove.
